Construction Arbitration - We supply a risk appraisal of both financial and non financial aspects but we aim to resolve disputes before arbitration.
Claim Adjudication - We can provide skilled staff to prepare a case or provide a response. We have an excellent record both as referring party and responding party.
Company Turnaround - We can provide a business review of the company, covering the available options such as - recovery, restructuring, managed sale or managed run down. If further assistance is required after the review is complete, we can provide skilled staff to instigate or assist.
Insolvency & Administration - We can assist both Insolvency Practitioners and Administrators to maximise recovery.
Financial Review - With both knowledge of the various Financial Institutions and over 30 years experience in the Construction Industry. We can provide regular or ad-hoc reviews to assist with financial decisions.
