Construction Adjudication
Due to the rigid timescale laid down in the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 it is necessary to devote resources fulltime to producing paperwork and responses. This puts unnecessary pressure on staff trying to maintain the day-to-day running of contracts.
We can provide skilled staff with construction adjudication expertise to prepare a case or provide a response within the time limits laid down. This can be achieved by working on site, or at the client's offices, as appropriate. This then leaves your staff free to continue with day-to-day matters.

Our fees can be based on a lump sum or hourly rates as required.
