- prolongation costs
- acceleration costs
- recovery of disputed variations
- final account agreements
Assistance can be provided at any of the following phases:
- Upon award of contract - we can ensure that the procedures for evaluation and payment of entitlements are in place.
- During the construction phase - when a claim situation arises our involvement at an early stage will ensure proper records are kept and that there is a prompt claim submission and payment.
- After completion - if it has been difficult to establish an entitlement to a claim, or it has not received proper payment. We can review the prepared claims and, if necessary, make any amendments in a professional manner and represent the claim.
Alternatively a new fully documented claim can be produced.
This assistance can be provided either at the clients office or site.
