Project Management
By being involved in the project management at the inception stage of any proposal we can provide advice on both the contractual and constructional aspects of the project.
Our aim is to provide the client with a smooth running project satisfactorily completed on time and within budget.
To achieve this end we would deal with:
- The appointment of consultants and the outlining of their brief.
- The provision of a budget for the project.
- The formulation of work packages and the selection of suitable contractors to tender for the packages.
- The agreement of the successful package contractors and the drawing up of contracts, warranties, and bonds.
- The site management.
- Programming.
- Financial issues and reports using our own quantity surveyors.
- Handover of project.
- Final accounts in line with budgets for all package contractors and consultants.
Our project management services for this work would be charged on a fixed fee basis agreed with the client at the inception stage.
