Property Management
All businesses have operational bases. The upkeep of these usually takes second place to the business activity.
Businesses usually increase the duties of existing personnel by adding the responsibility for building maintenance to their remit.
Due to the success of any business being paramount, the maintenance is usually left until too late.
If neglected this will affect:
- Loss of production due to urgent unplanned maintenance.
- Loss of profit and clients due to loss of production.
- Low moral in workforce and loss of staff due to badly maintained working environments, also resulting in lower profits.
- Inability to recruit staff with required experience due to poor working conditions.
We aim to provide a property management service which will remove the inherent problems by working with the client to achieve a planned programme to carry out any maintenance works.
This is achieved by:
- Initial assessment of property and schedule of conditions.
- Agreement with the client of any proposed works.
- Formulation of budgets for works.
- Obtaining most competitive quotations for carrying out the works.
- Agreeing programme of works to be least disruptive for the business.
- Managing the works and the financial control of the works.
- Putting in place emergency and planned plant maintenance contracts.
The benefit to the client is that he no longer has to worry about the organisation of maintenance work, particularly when unplanned, and he utilises his staff fully in the roles for which they were employed.
